Last updated: 2025-01-01
1. Respect for copyright
DirectiveOps respects intellectual property rights. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and similar laws. If You believe content on or through our Service infringes Your copyright, You may submit a DMCA takedown notice as described below. If You believe a takedown was mistaken or misidentified, You may submit a counter-notice.
2. Takedown notice
To submit a DMCA takedown notice, send a written communication to our designated agent (see Section 4) that includes: (a) Your physical or electronic signature; (b) identification of the copyrighted work You believe is infringed; (c) identification of the material that is infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it; (d) Your contact information; (e) a statement that You have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; (f) a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that You are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner. We may forward the notice to the user who posted the content and may remove or disable access to the material in accordance with the DMCA.
3. Counter-notice
If You believe Your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, You may send a counter-notice to our designated agent that includes: (a) Your physical or electronic signature; (b) identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal; (c) a statement under penalty of perjury that You have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification; (d) Your name, address, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for Your district (or if outside the U.S., any judicial district in which we may be found), and that You will accept service of process from the person who provided the takedown notice. We may restore the content in accordance with the DMCA after we receive a valid counter-notice and the original claimant has not filed a court action.
