1. Scope

Enterprise agreements are negotiated and documented in a separate written agreement ("Enterprise Agreement") between DirectiveOps and the Customer. This document summarizes typical terms; it is not a substitute for the signed agreement. Enterprise customers often receive custom repository limits, retention, support, and security or compliance terms.

2. Typical terms

Enterprise agreements may include: custom pricing and payment terms; higher or unlimited repository limits; custom data retention; dedicated or priority support; enhanced SLA; security and compliance addenda (e.g., DPA, BAA if applicable); indemnification and liability terms; and renewal and termination provisions. Data residency or deployment options may be available subject to negotiation.

3. Inquiry

To discuss an Enterprise agreement, contact enterprise@directiveops.dev or see the Contact and Legal Notice document. We will provide a proposal and, if mutually agreed, a formal agreement for signature.
