Refund and Cancellation Policy
When DirectiveOps provides refunds and how cancellation works.

1. Cancellation
You may cancel Your subscription at any time through the billing portal or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until that date. We do not provide refunds for the unused portion of a billing period after cancellation, unless required by law or as stated in a separate offer (e.g., money-back guarantee for first subscription).
2. Refunds
We may issue refunds at our discretion in cases of billing error, duplicate charge, or exceptional circumstances. Refund requests should be sent to billing@directiveops.dev with Your account and invoice details. Refunds, when issued, will be made to the original payment method within a reasonable period. Nothing in this policy limits Your rights under applicable consumer law.
3. Billing disputes
If You dispute a charge, please contact us first. We will work in good faith to resolve the dispute. Chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of Your account and collection action where appropriate.
