Status and Incident Policy

How DirectiveOps communicates service status, planned maintenance, and incidents.

1. Status page

We maintain a public status page that shows the operational status of the DirectiveOps hosted service and key components. We update it during incidents and planned maintenance. You can subscribe to updates via the status page or through the contact preferences in Your account where available.

2. Planned maintenance

We may perform planned maintenance to improve or maintain the Service. We will provide advance notice where practicable (e.g., via the status page or email). Maintenance windows will be kept as short as reasonably possible. Some maintenance may not require downtime.

3. Incidents

When we detect a significant incident affecting the Service, we will investigate and work to restore service. We will post updates on the status page and may notify affected Customers by email or in-app notification. We will provide a post-incident summary where appropriate. For security incidents affecting personal data, we will comply with our legal and contractual obligations, including the Data Processing Addendum and applicable breach notification requirements.
